JVC's GZ-HM320 HD Everio Flash Memory Camera provides you with HD recording that's also budget-friendly. The GZ-HM320 records up to 3 hours and 35 minutes of 1920 x 1080 HD video to an 8GB internal flash memory, and up to 14 hours and 40 minutes of HD footage to an optional 32GB SD/SDHC memory card.
The heart of the camera is made up of a 1/5.8" 1.37MP CMOS sensor. The sensor works together with the Konica Minolta lens, 20x optical zoom, and JVC's Advanced Image Stabilizer to capture brilliant video and still images. And another key component, the Advanced Image Stabilizer, works to counter the adverse affects of camera shake.
Among the camera's many useful features, the most notable is the option to record in the AVCHD 24Mbps bit rate when in the UXP recording mode. Other features include Time-Lapse REC, Auto REC, and Face Detection with Face Flow Thumbnail. You'll also benefit from the camera's A/V output, 2-way grip belt, and manual lens cover. And, when you're all done recording JVC's Everio MediaBrowser software helps you get your footage from the camera to your computer for editing and sharing.

With Auto REC when a subject enters the detecting area, and the luminance changes, recording starts automatically. Recording continues as long as there is movement within the area and automatically stops after 5 seconds of no movement. You can use it like a surveillance camera, or to capture hard to get scenes, like wildlife
Face Detection and Face Flow Thumbnail
The Face Detection feature on HD Everio camcorders has been upgraded. When shooting, it intelligently detects up to 16 faces then accurately adjusts the focus and exposure. It works for both video and digital stills. And while browsing through scenes in the Play mode, thumbnails can be displayed with close-ups of detected faces so you can easily identify who's in the file
On-Camera One-Touch Sharing Button
The "UPLOAD/EXPORT" button on the camera allows for one-touch transfer of your footage. When connected with a PC, press this button to start data conversion and upload the file to YouTube or export the file to your iTunes library
