I was sceptical in the beginning due to some older reviews and complaints fumfie being scam but I gave it a try and it worked out perfect. Delivery was quick and exactly what I needed (Canon Vixia HF20) for a good price.

Overall things were great. I was a bit hesitant at first as I'd never heard of you before and your fees were quite low comapared to your competators. I did a bit of research online and felt it was worth the risk (figured AMEX would cover me if I got ripped off!). The transaction was simple and everything was as promised.

the product i bought was great. it came in on time and all it took was 3 days. the customer service made everything happen and more. they are nice people who i felt put time in satisfying my needs and im really thankful. i definitely recommend fumfie to anybody looking for a great camera, especially with an unbelievably low price. seriously, i thought it was a scam, but right now i have my brand new camera in hand and i love it.

Fumfie: another attempt at luring customers in with cheap electronics prices and then attempting to gouge them on accessories. In the end, fumfie is a fairly honest company. I placed an order for a Canon 7D through fumfie on 12-22-09 after reading several positive internet reviews on respected reviewing sites. There were also various reviews stating that Fumfie is a scam. Backed by a no-hassles credit card fraud protection program, I decided to find out for myself. Later that day I was sent an email with the tracking number. The package arrived on jan 5th, one day late. I am pleased with the camera.

AMAZING!!! I was pleasantly surprised when the Canon Rebel SLR digital camera arrived 12 days BEFORE the date I was told it would. When I called to confirm my order I was connected with a pleasant and knowledgeable Sales Representative. I would definitely use them again.
I was skeptical at first because of some of the negative "scam" reviews I had read about Fumfie.com. I am really glad I did not listen to those reviews. Some of them complained about the company trying to sell additional accessories & warranties, I thought that is what a good sales rep should do. There was a shipping insurance fee that I was concerned with only because it was not mentioned to me the first time I called. It is on their web-site (not as clear as it could be), I discussed my concern with the Sales Rep, he explained and additional because of my concern he added in a free lens filter to my order.

I was a little leery, since the price for my Canon HFS10 camcorder was hundreds of dollars less than the better known sites. There is a reason this store has good reviews. They are the real deal. Great prices, quick service, and helpful sales people. They will ask you if you want to add some upgrades but don't pressure you if you say no. I added with extra battery since the one that comes with the camera only lasts 40 min. I got a great price on an extra 4 hour battery. Recently they offered my camera for $20 less on their web site. I asked if they would price match their own store. They explained that their new shipment was purchased at a lower price. In other words, they don't price match. He offered to send me other free products instead of a refund. Both batteries I have need to be charged in the camera so the camera is not usable while charging. I got an external charger for free plus a free full size tripod. I'm sold. I'll always use Fumfie for eve

I ordered a camera (Canon EOS 50D) from your store on Dec. 18th., and everyone told me it was a rip off because of the price you quoted me. I was also told that i should not expect delivery until well after the holidays. Well, i received the camera before the holidays and it is a new camera and the price was exactly as quoted. The camera works fine and i am delighted with this item. Your store gave me the best price that i could find in my area of the country or on the the internet that i could find. You now have a customer for life when it comes to camera equipment.

I really enjoyed purchasing our video camera from Fumfie. We tried purchasing the same video camera from a different website a few months ago and found out it was a scam. Due to the scam, we were not able to videotape our son's birth. Two months later, my brother suggested FumFie and the rave reviews it has received. With some residual fear of being scammed again, I went ahead and decided to give it a try. When I called to confirm my order, the service was outstanding and I felt completely safe placing my order.
