I am very pleased with the order of my HDR-XR500V. I also bought the extended 4 year warranty. They where on time in shipping and where courteous answering questions that I had when I placed the order. The camcorder is amazing and got it for $950. Its retail price is $1300! So I got a real good deal from real good online store fumfie/JerseyPhotostore.

Ordered a Sony Cybershot 9.1 megapixel. They didn't have the exact model that I ordered, so they gave me a higher model for the same price. Great service, prompt shipment, good products. I would definitely order from fumfie again.

I purchased a Canon 50D. I was concerned about having to call to confirm the order. They did try to sell me a memory card, however, when I declined, they were very polite and asked me if I wanted anything else. They also asked me if I wanted insurance on the shipping. I also declined feeling that it was their responsibility. They said fine and I got it quicker than I expected.

When I made the purchase by internet I received an e-mail telling me to call for verification. Because the price was the best I found the first thing that came to mind was "this is a bait and switch operation". This turned out to be totally untrue. The assistant I spoke to was very professional and though I was offered other items, which I didn't need, the assistant did not pressure me on these as other sellers do. I was told when the item should be expected and I did receive it with in that time frame. My shopping experience was pleasant and I would recommend this merchant to my friends.

I was really surprised!!! Order arrived on time and was complete. Sales person, Steve, was responsive and answered all my questions. He did offer accessories but not in an insistent way. I called customer service to verify the order and was immediately connected to a person. I definitely would do business with them again.

The next model, the AG-DVX100A added more gamma correction and other cine' picture-look settings than the first model. The AG-DVX100B is the improved version of the "A" camera with some 20 new features like a higher resolution viewfinder, Scene Files and Time Code transfer through the FireWire cable, greater power efficiency with newly developed battery pack, more delicate zoom control and more. An all-black paint job on the new DVX-100B camera actually hides finger marks and smears and reduces reflection compared with the older silver bodied "A" model. This latest version also comes standard with Magic Bullet edit software and an instructional DVD production book.
